Meet The Team

I joined Super Poly in 2021, initially as an apprentice, though whilst studying I worked mainly in the Logistics and Purchasing Department where I am now a permanent member of staff. My current role is Purchasing Department Assistant for when other employees are out of office. I take the lead on all aspects of Plastic Packaging Tax, I also carry out product quality checks, sample sorting and other general office work.

I like working as part of the Super Poly team as everyone was very welcoming and the company has a great family feel about it.

I joined Super Poly in 2017 after working in the retail industry, where I worked as a cash office manager in my previous role.

My role at Super Poly is Logistics Coordinator. I take responsibility for movement of stock from source to customer. I oversee all aspects of logistics, from arranging shipping and transportation of products to orchestrating deliveries of containers. I frequently liaise with third parties to schedule services to meet the needs of Super Poly and minimise delay in stock arrival where possible.

I also oversee our product quality checks to ensure our customers only receive the best.

I have recently trained in a Modern Slavery awareness, which enables me to screen potential and current suppliers for their compliance in this area.

I enjoy working at Super Poly as there is a nice family feeling about it. It also allows me to have a good work - life balance.

Before joining the business in August 2020, I had worked in accountancy. However I now work for Super Poly doing Sales Support and Customer Liaison. I really enjoy helping customers to have the best experience possible with Super Poly and it’s always a pleasure to speak to them. I work in the Devon office and enjoy great working relationships with my colleagues there. I thoroughly enjoy working for Super Poly because it’s a small friendly and family orientated business, where you are not just a number on the list, but you feel valued and appreciated.

I joined Super Poly Ltd in July 2020, after a 30-year career in local government.

I have a post graduate qualification in management, and I am currently nearing the end of a level 5 CIPD apprenticeship qualification.

The impact of the CIPD has been that Super Poly Ltd can be confident that its HR systems are effective and compliant. In addition to this our people strategy continues to ensure that emphasis is placed upon recognising our colleagues as the most valuable resources within the organisation. Thus, our staff retention rate remains outstanding. This offering our customers the knowledge they will deal with the same people time and time again, contributing to the friendly feel of the company.

In addition to this, I have also overseen the implementation of the ISO 9001. This accreditation has enabled us to continually demonstrate that attention to quality underpins all that we do, from sourcing to supplying our products. We are currently working towards the British Retail Consortium Environmental Award which should be completed by the end of 2023.

I joined Super Poly Ltd in 2017, after working for an engineering company.

My role within the organisation is Sales Support. I also oversee all supplier & customer accounts/payments and I enjoy speaking to our customers and ensuring their needs are fully met.

I have a special interest in mental health and wellbeing, and I am currently the Mental Health Champion for Super Poly Ltd. I have a Mental Health First Aid at Work qualification, as well as a general first aid at work certificate, and I not only provide rapid response to my immediate colleagues, if they are in need, but I also provide this to other organisations within the wider business centre community.

I like working at Super Poly because it is a small family run business. This means you feel seen and heard, and you also have a great working relationship with directors & colleagues.

After many years in customer services and hospitality, I joined Super Poly in 2018 as Credit Controller and Sales Support Admin. I now also oversee and maintain all the customer financial transactions, along with operating the day-to-day cash flow, and making payments to suppliers. I am trained in anti-corruption practices to minimise financial risk and maintain company compliance.

In addition to the above, I am also the Office Manager with responsibility and training in office health and safety. I oversee the day to day running of the office and the IT solutions, and as a member of the management team, I attend management meetings, putting forward the views of staff, ensuring they are heard at the highest level.

I am a long-standing friend of the Director and the family members within the company, which leads to a strong and trustworthy working relationship with the whole team.

I joined Super Poly in 2022 as a Sales & Accounts Manager, following previous sales roles in the automotive & precious metals industries.

My key job responsibilities consist of developing new relationships with clients and obtaining their custom against lines we offer the supply of, as well as overseeing and developing the accounts current clients hold with us – essentially, increasing the portfolio of products we supply them with. As a company, Super Poly oversees the supply needs of hundreds of companies on a monthly basis, growing year on year since our beginnings in 2011. We work as a close-knit team, and it is very much a joint effort to ensure the whole operation runs smoothly.

We are large enough to meet the needs of our clients, but small enough to care. There is a real pride in everything we do here at Super Poly, and I thoroughly enjoy working for the company.

We are hiring and currently looking for Sales Executives.
